The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
– Hanging/Pendant Lampshades
– Custom or personalised orders
– Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs (unless item is damaged or defective). This includes shipping the original item back, and also shipping of the replacement item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Alternatively you can send me a message with a picture or details of your lamp base and I will guide you to get the perfect size.
As much as I do love to make custom lampshades, I don’t always have time to commit. Please message me with the details of what you are looking for and I will try my best to bring your idea to life.
The colours of lampshades displayed on website images are generally ‘true to colour’ – colours are as they appear to the naked eye. However, please also see my Instagram pictures and stories for additional views and lighting to determine if a colour is right for you.
