Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch is 5-7 business days prior to your order being shipped.
Estimated delivery times
Australia: 4-8 business days
I’ll do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on your location and Australia Post or courier transit time.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and AfterPay – all available during the standard checkout process.

Send items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
– Hanging/Pendant Lampshades
– Custom or personalised orders
– Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs (unless item is damaged or defective). This includes shipping the original item back, and also shipping of the replacement item.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

As much as I do love to make custom lampshades, I don’t always have time to commit. Please message me with the details of what you are looking for and I will try my best to bring your idea to life.

The colours of lampshades displayed on website images are generally ‘true to colour’ – colours are as they appear to the naked eye. However, please also see my Instagram pictures and stories for additional views and lighting to determine if a colour is right for you.
